An IT visionary, Luis founded EquiSoft in 1994 and has been the architect of its direction and expansion ever since. This includes the launch of Inovva to tap new markets and further develop the Media & Publishing sector. The firm’s core values are reflected in his stated mission: value creation. The process of adding value to client projects assures that the team’s creative spark does not wane.
Brinda is an innovative, results-driven marketing and business development executive. She brings to Inovva a proven track-record in customer acquisition and retention, and over 20 years’ extensive experience in audience management, acquired on both B2B and Consumer Publications in the UK and Canada. As the Executive Director of Consumer Marketing at Rogers Media, she led the acquisition and retention of over 1M paid subscriptions across some of the largest Consumer and Business magazines in Canada, and also launched “Texture by Next Issue”, the very first ‘all you can read’ digital service in Canada with thousands of paying subscribers.
In her role as President of Inovva, she is responsible for overseeing the continuous enhancement of the firm’s product line and service offering, and for leading and leveraging new strategic partnerships across North America.
Brinda holds an Honours degree in International Marketing from the UK and France, and has received multiple Consumer Marketing awards and Retail Newsstand awards over the course of her career. She grew up in Paris and London, and has been living in Toronto for over 15 years.
With over 15 years of experience in Software Development, David provides strong leadership in software engineering and architecture as well as overall infrastructure for Inovva. He is responsible for the robust development and proactive maintenance of all software products ensuring that the Inovva team continues to create innovative solutions while leveraging best practices. David holds a Computer Science degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Jennifer has worked in the circulation management and fulfillment services industry for over 14 years and actively applies herself to understanding the changing publishing industry. Jennifer’s knowledge, effort, and dedication inspires confidence as we continue to adapt to the digital age. Jennifer has earned a reputation with clients as being highly in-tune with their needs, innovative, responsive, and reliable. Jennifer’s role as Director, Business Development and Audience Management melds her wide range of skills, contagious enthusiasm, and the philosophy of the company, together as one. Jennifer is a graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Patrick brings over 25 years of experience, most of which were dedicated to the needs of North American non-profits. His extensive knowledge of Donor Database systems, online and offline donation processing, as well as back office services gives him a unique insight to provide charities, non-profits and associations with progressive and effective tools. Over his career, he has successfully led the diversification of other publishing services companies into the non-profit marketplace and is poised to do so again.
In his new position at Inovva, Patrick is responsible for all sales, marketing and partnership opportunities in the non-profit sector across North America. He is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), holds accreditation as a Customer Relationship Marketing Professional (P.CRM) and has been a Toronto chapter member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) since 2004.
Louis brings over 25 years of experience in the publishing industry. His marketing expertise gives him an edge in developing efficient strategies and creative marketing tools. Louis served as the President of AQEM (Association québécoise des éditeurs de magazines) and was formerly the Retail Sales and Book Division Manager, Quebec, for Rogers Publishing.
Known for his result-oriented management style, Louis is driven by the increasingly complex challenges of delivering publishing products, and by the many opportunities for improvement across the value chain. As a Senior Account Manager – Louis is a key player in managing relationships with our clients and in business development.
