Brinda is an innovative, results-driven marketing and business development executive. She brings to Inovva a proven track-record in customer acquisition and retention, and over 20 years’ extensive experience in audience management, acquired on both B2B and Consumer Publications in the UK and Canada. As the Executive Director of Consumer Marketing at Rogers Media, she led the acquisition and retention of over 1M paid subscriptions across some of the largest Consumer and Business magazines in Canada, and also launched “Texture by Next Issue”, the very first ‘all you can read’ digital service in Canada with thousands of paying subscribers.
In her role as President of Inovva, she is responsible for overseeing the continuous enhancement of the firm’s product line and service offering, and for leading and leveraging new strategic partnerships across North America.
Brinda holds an Honours degree in International Marketing from the UK and France, and has received multiple Consumer Marketing awards and Retail Newsstand awards over the course of her career. She grew up in Paris and London, and has been living in Toronto for over 20 years.
Brinda has a passion to help the less fortunate people of our society – she does so through her affiliation with the Rotary Club of Toronto and through the Robin Hood Army of Canada.
Libby has had a long and distinguished career in magazine publishing spent working at industry leaders Time Inc., Forbes Inc, Condé Nast, St Joseph Media and Rogers Media. She brings many years of circulation marketing expertise leveraging multi-channel acquisition, retention, and life cycle management strategies and actively applies herself to understanding the evolving publishing industry. She has worked on launches as well as mature brands, on consumer as well as B2B products. An innovative, results-oriented and data-driven marketer, she also knows the importance of excellent fulfillment and customer care. She works enthusiastically with clients and team members, valuing collaboration, communication, and commitment.
Libby grew up in the New York City area and graduated from Wellesley College. She worked in Publishing in Washington, DC, New York, and Europe before moving to Toronto 20 years ago.
Dave is a passionate, knowledgeable client relations professional with consulting, account management, sales and contact centre experience. With over 23 Years in the software fulfillment industry, Dave brings a unique mix of business development & operational background which has proven to be a valuable fit with Inovva and their clients. Publishing, non-profits, utilities, memberships, associations, technical support and product fulfillment are just some of the relevant sectors he has serviced during his career.
With over 13 years of experience in the publishing industry Stacey brings many avenues of knowledge to the Inovva team including extensive expertise in the Publish2Profit Ad Sales and Subscription Sales Software Management Systems.
In her role as Business Development and Account Manager, she is responsible for project management, customer relations and management of over 100 accounts across North America. Backed by her strong problem-solving approach, she works towards solving the multiple challenges of publishers by offering them simple and easy to implement solutions.
Growing up in Nova Scotia and now living in Calgary, Stacey’s eager willingness to help and East Coast charm are a great fit within the Inovva team!
Ammar graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and has over 14 years of experience in the software industry, including quality assurance, software development, team lead and software development manager. Ammar is responsible for the robust development and proactive maintenance of all software products ensuring that the Inovva team continues to create innovative solutions while leveraging best practices.
Holly has worked in the fields of digital marketing, content creation, and not-for-profits for over 5 years. She is a creative digital marketer with a background in graphic design and has a passion for developing creative and innovative ways to market the work of her clients. Holly’s wealth of knowledge in both the not-for-profit and digital marketing industries enables her to bring a unique skill set and wealth of experience to the Inovva team.
Holly has worked with the Canadian Federal Government, not-for-profits in the Autism sector, and has a background in the Canadian Film and Television Industry. With her passion and enthusiasm for the digital media industry and dedication to her client’s success, Holly is ready to refine your online presence and spread the word about your business.
Binoy is a senior executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in general management, asset management, negotiation, operations, accounting, process improvement & engineering, systems implementation, investment analysis, business development, customer relations, marketing and human resources.
He has held VP Finance and Controllership positions at various private and public companies in Montreal, Toronto, Chicago and Paris.
Binoy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completed the CMA professional program at McGill University and subsequently completed professional programs in Human Resources, Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Process Management at the University of Toronto and Ryerson University. Binoy enjoys expanding his knowledge through University of Waterloo Continuing Education courses in Information Technology.
